     Monkey Bread

Ingredients
4 cans of biscuits (plain biscuits) and cut into quarters
1 cup of sugar
1/4 cup cinnamon (add a little more if needed)
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 stick of butter, melted
 

Instructions
Spray bundt pan with non-stick spray.
In a bowl mix cinnamon and sugar, then toss the quartered biscuits in the cinnamon sugar mixure and throw them in the bundt pan.
With the left over cinnamon and sugar add melted butter and vanilla. Sir until blended then pour on top of the biscuits.
Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for about 30 to 40 minutes. When you take out of the oven place a plate on top of bundt pan and invert onto a plate. Let cool and serve.
