     Hungarian Pancakes

Ingredients
1 egg
1 1/2 cup milk
1 tbsp. oil
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 cup flour
1 tbsp sugar
dash of salt
 

Instructions
Put wet ingredients into blender then add dry. Blend until smooth.
Heat up a frying pan with a small amount of grease (fry up bacon in advance and use leftover grease to add flavor. Pour batter into pan and swirl it around until you coat the bottom of the pan until you coat the entire surface (note batter will be thin).
When the edges start to brown flip the pancake over until light brown. Keep pancakes in warm oven until ready to serve.
Note - you can perpare the batter the night before and store in the fridge. Blend for a couple of seconds to mix before cooking.

serve with bacon and maple syrup
