1 lb (500g) boneless skinlss chicken breasts cut into strips
1 - 28 oz can diced tomatoes undrained
1/4 cup Zesty Italian Dressing
1/2 cup (1/2 of 250 g tub) Cream Cheese
1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
Instructions
Cook spaghetti as directed on package, addind stir-fry vegetables to the cooking water for the last 3 minutes of the spaghetti cooking time.
Meanwhile heat oil in large non-stick skillet on meduim-high heat. Add chicken , cook for 6 mins stirring occasionally. Add cream cheese, cook and stir until cream cheese is completely melted and mixture is well blended.
Drain spaghetti mixture, place in large bowl. Add chicken mixture, toss to coat. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
