     Italian Sausage and Vegetable Stew

1 to 1 1/2 lbs Italian sausage
2 14 oz cans Italian stewed tomatoes
1 qt beef broth
1 15 oz can kidey beans, rinsed and drained
9 oz frozen corn1 small zucchini, sliced
1/2 t dried oregano leaves
1 1/2 cup uncooked small pasta shells
Cheese if desired.

In a large skillet or Dutch oven brown sausage and drain fat. Return to skillet and add everything except the pasta. Bring to a boil. Add pasta and cook over medium heat until the pasta is tender, stirring occasionally.
We added cheese to ours, we had Italian 5 blend from Kraft. It was yummy. I found this in a booklet from the thrift store. another reason I can't let anything go without looking at it.
