Ingredients
1 lb ground meat (optional)
1 chopped onion
green beans
potatoes
corn
carrots
peas
broccoli
46 oz tomato juice
 
1 cup water
Instructions
Brown meat and onions.
Steam vegetables in microwave.
Add everything in pot and cook for 30-45 minutes.
Add salt, herbs, spices as needed.
Serving Suggestions
Can pick/choose any veggies.
