     Slow Cooker Lasagna

Ingredients
1 roll sausage (I used Jimmy Dean Maple)
1 pkg oven ready lasagna noodles
15 oz ricotta cheese 3-4
3-4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
4-5 cups home-made pasta sauce OR 2 jars spaghetti/pasta sauce
Dried parsley to taste (I use about 1-2 tbsp)
Minced garlic to taste (I use about 2 tsp)
 

Instructions
In skillet brown sausage meat. Spray slow-cooker with a little cooking spray to keep from cheese sticking. Place browned meat into cooker. Break lasagna noodles into 1-2 inch pieces and place in cooker. Add ricotta cheese, 3 cups mozzarella cheese, pasta sauce, parsley, and minced garlic. Season to taste if so desire. Stir to combine evenly throughout. Cover and cook on low heat 4-6 hours. About 10 minutes before serving sprinkle remaining mozzarella and cover until served. Makes the best lasagna I've ever had if I do say so myself.
