     Chocolate Mousse Pie

1 c pecans
1/4 c splenda
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/4 Tbsp. Heavy Cream
1 egg yolk
1 pkg. Jell-o Imstamt pudding mix (fat free, sugar free)
1 1/2 c heavy cream
3/4 c water
2-3 scoops stevia

FOR CRUST- Mix first six ingredients and press firmly into an 8 inch pie plate. Bake at 325 for 10-15 minutes. allow to cool completely.
FOR FILLING- Mix pudding, 1 c of heavy cream, and 3/4c waterwith an electric mixer for 2 minutes. Immediately pour into piecrust.
In a large bowl mix 1/2 c heavy cream with electric mixer until it becomes thick, and then mix stevia. Spread onto pie filling. refrigerate for 15-30 minutes before serving
