Wet two cups of rice for half hour
Put a pot on stove, and put oil in it, low heat
meanwhile, cut onions, when oil is hot, put 1 medium size onions in and half-1 teaspoon of garam masala
When onions are light brown, add 1.5 teaspoon of ginger paste, 1.5 teaspoon of garlic paste, add two cubes of chicken stock,add namak half teaspoon, add half cup of water, then let it heat up for ten minutes, then add the two cups of rice, add 3.5 cups water, then when pani gets dry, then you can lower the heat of the stove, and dam pe lagado for 15 minutes.
