Mix all ingredients, except cheese, in casserole
dish.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
Add shredded cheese and back for another 10 minutes.
Serve hot with tortilla chips on the side.
I usually double the recipe and instead of using
bean dip I just use a can of refried beans. What is
left over just refrigerate and warm up the next day.
