|
Spray cookie sheet with non-stick spray.
Slice 1-2 onion thinly in rounds and spread all over sheet.
Chop dill and parsley and spread over sheet.
Lay salmon on top.

Rub salmon with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Rub in with Italian dressing.
Lay the 3 slices of lemon over fish.
Pour white wine over fish.

|
Cover with tin foil and bake at 350 F.
start checking at 40 minutes.

|
|
When fish is done, remove lemon slices.
