Ingredients
2 matzos
butter
2 eggs
1/4 cup milk
salt
pepper
 
Instructions
Break matzos up and soak in warm water.
Melt butter in pan.
in a bowl combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Drain matzos and add to bowl.
Pour in pan and wait until edges brown and then flip.
