     Peppered Steak

Ingredients
1 lb of Round or sirloin steak
1 bell pepper, can be red, green or yellow or a mix of all cut into strips
1 onion cut into strips
1 to 2 Tbl of worstershire sauce
2 Tbl of corn starch
1 cup of tap water
salt and pepper to taste
 

Instructions
Slice steak into thin strips and saute in 2 Tbl of oil until done.
Add peppers and onions and cook until desired doneness.
Mix corn starch, worstershire sauce and salt and pepper into tap water. Mix well and pour into pot with steak mixture. On low heat stir this together. Add water if it is too thick or mix more water and starch together to thicken.
Serving Suggestions
Serve over white rice.
