Combine flour, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Beat egg, mustard, lemon juice, and lemon herb spice.
Dip chicken in flour mixture, egg mixture, and then chips.
Melt margarine and then drizzle on chicken.
Bake at 350 F for about 30-40 minutes
