     Romeo's Pizza Dough

Romeo's Pizza Dough

Ingredients
1 package active dry yeast
pinch of sugar
3/4 cup of water
2-1/4 cups of flour
1 tsp salt
3 tbsp olive oil
 

Instructions
In a small bowl, proof yeast with sugar in 1/2 cup of warm water until foamy about 5 minutes. Preheat oven at 425F. In large bowl combine 2 cups of the flour and the salt. Stir the yeast mixture, the olive oil and the remaining 1/4 cup of warm water and mix until it forms a ball.
Add more flour, little at a time, if the dough is too wet. Knead the dough. Place dough in an oiled bowl and turn it to coat with oil. Let the dough rise in a warm place cover with a plastic wrap for 1-1 1/2 hours.
Roll out or scretch out dough on pizza pan then put in oven for 3 minutes. Remove from oven with a fork punch some holes. Add a thin layer of sauce place in oven of another 3 minutes. Remove and make pizza as desired and bake for
