3 8-oz packages of cream cheese
1 pint sour cream
5 eggs, separated
1 cup sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla
graham crackers
2 tbsp confectioners sugar
2 tbsp butter

Beat egg whites until stiff and set aside.
In a mixer combine cream cheese and sugar. Add egg yolks one at a time. Add sour cream, vanilla, and lemon juice. Fold in egg whites.
Combine graham crackers, confectioners sugar, and butter.
Place graham crackers at bottom of pan and pour mixture on top. Bake at 300 F for one hour. Keep in the oven 1 additional hour. Keep in over with door open 30 minutes.
