     Onion Soup

Ingredients
2 yellow onions
2 red onions
4 leeks
5-6 shallots
1 tbsp margarine
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp flour
8 cups chicken stock
1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
 
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
cheese

Instructions
Saute onions and leeks for one hour until caramelized in margarine and olive oil. Add flour and saute for 5 minutes. Add chicken stock and let simmer for 30 minutes. Add everything else.
