     Trout and Avocado Salad

Ingredients
6 fillets trout
6 tbsp lemon juice
Marinade-
3 tbsp oil
1 tsp paprika
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp hot chili sauce
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 tbsp honey
 
Avocado Salad-
2 avocados
1 red pepper, cubed
2 scallions, sliced thinly
1 red onion, diced
1/2 cup toasted pine nuts
1 tsp mustard
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions
Soak fish in lemon juice for 5 minutes. Pour marinade over fish and marinate for at least 30 min. Bake at 400 F for 12 minutes
