For the vinaigrette combine in a processor-
1/2 cup walnuts
1/2 cup orange juice
2 tbsp dijon mustard
1 1/2 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tbsp dark brown sugar
1 garlic clove
salt and pepper
Add 1/2 cup olive oil gradually.
