Ingredients
8 potatoes
2 onions
5 eggs
1 tbsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
2 1/2 tbsp sugar
1/2 cup oil
 
Instructions
Pre- heat oven to 425 place oil in pan - set aside heat oil in oven
Chop potatoes and onions and put in processor.
add salt, pepper, and sugar to potato mixture whisk eggs and combine with potato mixture when oil sizzles add a little to potato mixture and combine
bake uncovered for one hour
