     Spinach Salad Supreme

Ingredients
1 lb fresh small leaf spinach
1 med bermuda onion, thinly sliced
1/4 lb fresh mushrooms, sliced
8 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
dash of pepper
4 hard boiled eggs, chopped
water chestnuts, sliced
1/2 cup grated swiss cheese
 

Instructions
wash and dry spinach. Tear into bite-size pieces, discarding stems. Store in refrigerator. When ready to serve, remove spinach from refrigerator and add any or all of the additional ingredients. Toss with dressing.
