In a large frying pan cook bacon pieces,remove to a paper towel when crisp. reserve grease and set aside bacon. add chopped potatoes, onion and peppers into bacon grease and cook over medium heat until potatoes and onion are tender.
Add bacon back into the pan and heat. push the MESS to the sides of your pan creating a well in center for the scrambled eggs mixture. A the eggs begin to harden and cook fold in the mess from the sides of pan.
When egg is well cooked and mixed, add cheese and serve hot. garnish with salt and pepper, tomatoes to personal preference.
