     Spaghetti and Meatballs

Ingredients
2 servings whole wheat noodles
1 cup low-carb pasta sauce (2 green)
2 slices whole wheat bread, crumbled
12 oz leanest ground beef you can find (1.7 lean)
1 oz grated parmesan cheese (.2 lean)
2 oz egg whites (.1 lean)
2 tsp. minced garlic (2 condiment)
1/2 tsp onion powder (1 condiment)
2 tsp Italian seasoning (3 condiment)
 
buttermilk

Instructions
Mix bread crumbs, garlic, onion powder, Italian seasoning, egg whites, splash butter milk, ground beef and form meatballs.
Bake at 425 for 15 minutes or until done, or grill
Boil noodles for a few minutes and heat up sauce.
Serve sauce and meatballs over noodles and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
