Cut steak into 1 inch cubes. In large bowl, combine first 6 ingredients. Pour half the marinade into a large resealable plastic bag and add beef. Seal and refrigerate at least 8 hours, turning occasionally. Drain and discard marinade from beef and thread kabobs. combine cornstarch and extra marinade in sauce pan and boil 1-2 min. Use to baste kabobs on grill.
