     Cheese Dip with Sausage

Ingredients
2 lbs Velveta Cheese
1 lb ground sausage (pork sausage in tube- Jimmy Deans)
1 lb ground beef (85%)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 small can chopped green chiles, drained or roasted - about 8-10
1 can Rotel (original)
 

Instructions
Brown meat in pan, drain.
Cut cheese into little cubes.
Put all ingredients in crock pot and cook. High for about 1/2 hour until melted and low after, stirring occasionally so does not stick.
