1 (15 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
3/4 cup parm
1/2 - 3/4 cup mayo
pinch of garlic salt
4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
In a medium bowl, mix together the artichoke hearts, parm cheese, mayo, and garlic salt. Place chicken in a greased baking dish, and cover with mixture.
Bake, uncovered, for 30 - 45 minutes in preheated oven, or until chicken is no longer pink in the center and juices run clear.
