     Hummus Dip

Ingredients
1 can Chickpeas (Garbanzo Beans)
4 cloves of garlic
2 tlb Tahini sauce (sesame paste)
1 lemon (juice only)
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cummin
what ever spice for flavoring you want
water (add until consistency you like)
 

Instructions
Drain beans and add all ingredients to a food processor. Blend and slowly add water until you reach desired consistency. Serve with veggies or baked pita chips.
