Mix all ingredients except dried beef. Stir in 2 Tblsp dried beef. Chill 2 hours or overnight. Roll into 3 balls. Roll each ball in dried beef. Wrap each one in plastic wrap.

Refrigerate until ready to serve. Freeze well.
