     Yorkshire Pudding

Ingredients
1 c flour
1 c milk
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs
 

Instructions
Heat a 9x9 pan. Put in enough drippings from the roast beef to make about 1/2 a cup. Might have to add a little melted butter or oil but best if you can use beef drippings. Pour batter into hot drippings in a hot pan. Bake 35 to 40 min at 425
