Mix the first 4 ingredients together and cut in the marg. Stir in the coconut and egg yolk and vanilla. Press half the mixture in the bottom of a geased 9 inch square pan. Cover with lemon spread and top with remaining crumbs. Press down lightly and bake at 350 for 30 min
