Cook pasta according to directions. While pasta cooks, chop broccoli into small florets and set aside.

In a small bowl, whisk together mayo, vinegars and salt. Set dressing aside. Grate carrots.

|
Use slotted spoon to transfer pasta to colander. Do not drain! Run with cold water to stop cooking process. Bring pasta water back to a boil and drop the broccoli florets into the water and blanch for 1-2 minutes. Remove broccoli with the slotted spoon and place over pasta in the colander and give another blast of cold water

|
Transfer pasta and broccoli to a large mixing bowl with carrots, raisins and almonds. Add dressing and toss to combine. Season with salt and fresh ground pepper.
