In a large skillet, brown ground beef and drain off the fat. Chop beef to bite size pieces. Add onion & garlic. Cover on medium heat until onions begin to tender.
Add can milk or 1/2 & 1/2. Thicken with cornstarch/cold water mixture. Serve hot over biscuits.
