In a large skillet, brown chipped beef in 1 tbsp hot coconut oil. Add onion, garlic, tomatoes & sauce. Cover on medium heat until onions begin to tender.
Thicken with cornstarch/cold water mixture. Season to taste. Serve hot over biscuits or toast.
