1 can Pineapple Rings, Chunks, or Crushed (drained, but reserve the juice)
1 box Yellow Cake Mix
Eggs
Oil
Instructions
In large cast iron skillet melt butter over low heat. Remove from
heat and add brown sugar covering the bottom of skillet. Spread
pineapple over brown sugar evenly.
Prepare yellow cake mix according to directions (except use
reserved pineapple juice instead of water). Pour cake batter over
pineapple.
Bake at 350 degrees approx. 25-35 minutes or until toothpick can
be inserted in center of cake and removed clean.
Let cool 5 minutes. Invert on platter. Enjoy
