stir soup, sour cream, salsa, chili powder, and green chilies in medium bowl.
stir 1 cup mixture with chicken and 1/2 cup cheese in large bowl.
divide chicken mixture among tortillas. roll tortillas and place them seam side up in a 11x8 shallow baking dish. pour remaining mixture over enchiladas and top with remaining cheese.
Cover baking dish and bake at 350 for 40 mins or until enchiladas are hot and bubbly. top with tomato and onion.
