     Ham Balls

Ingredients
1 lb. ground ham (uncooked)
1 lb. mild pork sausage
3/4 cup bread crumbs
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
Sauce-
1 cup brown sugar
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
 
1 Tablespoon dry mustard
2 Tablespoons vinegar

Instructions
Mix the ham, sausage, bread crumbs, egg, and milk together. Shape into balls (about 3/43 inch diameter). Place in deep, uncovered casserole in a single layer (this splatters).
Combine all of the sauce, ingredients and pour over the ham balls. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Baste 4 times during baking
If more sauce is desired, make one-half more of sauce ingredients.
Serving Suggestions
You need a good relationship with your butcher to grind the ham! -)
