I like legs done this way. Have also just browned chinese ribs without dredging then put in this sauce.
Dip Chicken in egg mixture then flour and fry in oil till browned. Place in roaster or whatever will hold and pour over sauce. Bake at 350 for 30 to 40 min.
This is pretty sweet and I think now I would cut back by about 1/2 next time
