Brown chicken in oil and remove from pot. Add to pot sausage onioon garlic celery thyme paprika salt allspice black pepper cayenne pepper. Cook stiring often for 5 min. Return chiken to pot. Add peppers and tomato to pot. Add chicken stock. Stir in rice. Bring to a boil. Put into a large dutch oven or roasting pan. Cover and bake for 30 min at 350. Stir in shrimp and green onions and parsely. Bake 5 to 6 min. Serve immediately.
