     Labatts Lager Loaf

Ingredients
2 2/3 c flour
4 tsp baking powder
1 T sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp dry mustard
1 c old cheddar cheese shredded
1 bottle beer uncap and at room temp
Topping-
 
1/4 c shredded cheese
1 T toasted sesame seeds

Instructions
Spoon flour into dry measure cup level and put in mixing bowl. Add baking powder sugar salt and dry mustard. Stir well. Add cheese and toss to distribute. Pour in beer and stir just to combine.
Spread in a greased 8x4 loaf pan sprinle cheese and sesame seed on top. Bake at 350 for 45 to 50 min. Check with a toothpick. Cool a few min before turning out of pan onto wire rack. Serve warm.
To reheat- wrap in foil and place in a 400 oven for 10 to 15 min.
