     Beer-Cheese Bread - 1 1/2 lb Recipe

Ingredients
10 ounces flat beer
3 cups bread flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 tablespoon nonfat dry milk
1 1/2 teaspoon bread machine yeast
1 tablespoon margarine
2 ounces Monterey jack cheese, shredded (we used cheddar)
 

Instructions
Add all ingredients in order recommended by machine manufacturer. Select white bread setting, crust color medium.
Serving Suggestions
Excellent. We had it with Beef Stew. I even had french toast with it the next day.
