Saute onions and garic for about 3 min. Add ginger curry powder and cumin for 30 sec. Add broth appes pumpkin and carrots sat and pepper. Bring to boi and reduce heat to sow and simmer covered for 15 min unti carrots are soft.
Puree and add evaporated mik.
