     Creamy Chicken Enchilladas

Ingredients
1 – 3lbs cooked chicken - coarsely chopped/shredded
2 Cups Sour Cream (Fern)
1 7oz can green diced chiles
3 (10oz) cans cream of chicken soup (2 chicken and 1 mushroom)
¾ Cup Chopped Onions
3 Cups Grated Cheese
Flour Tortillas
 

Instructions
Mix sour cream, chiles and soup to make sauce. Add ½ of the sauce, 2 cups of cheese and the onions to the chicken. Mix well.
Spoon chicken mixture onto tortillas and place seam side down in greased 9x13 pan. (You will need 2 pans).
Cover with remaining sauce and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Serve with salsa if desired.
