|
Marinate chicken or beef strips in 1 can of beer before cooking.
Usually for a min. of 1 hour
|

|
|
Saute onions and bell peppers until tender.Remove chicken from
marinade and cook chicken or beef with taco seasoning.
|
|
|
|
Grease pan - spread onions and peppers on bottom. Spread
chicken and than sour cream and grated cheese.
|
|
|
|
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve with tortillas
|
