     Fajita Casserole

3 onions, sliced
6-8 green and red peppers
3-4lbs of sliced chicken or beef
2 pkgs taco seasoning
2 cups sour cream (I use Fern)
2-4 cups of shredded cheese
1 can beer

Marinate chicken or beef strips in 1 can of beer before cooking. Usually for a min. of 1 hour
Saute onions and bell peppers until tender.Remove chicken from marinade and cook chicken or beef with taco seasoning.
Grease pan - spread onions and peppers on bottom. Spread chicken and than sour cream and grated cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve with tortillas
