Fry onion. Add meat and brown. Add pea juice, tomato sauce,
worchester sauce, parsley flakes, salt and pepper. Cover and
simmer 15 minutes.
Grease casserole dish. Layer potatoes, peas and meat sauce.
Bake at 350 degrees until it boils than turn down to 325 degrees
and cover with a cookie sheet. Bake until potatoes are tender,
approximately 45 minutes.
