Combine flour, cornstarch and icing sugar in a large bowl. With large spoon, blend in butter
and grated chocolate thoroughly. Work with hands until soft, smooth dough form. Shape
into 1 inch balls. Place on ungreased baking sheets. Flatten slightly with lightly floured
bottom of glass or roll dough to 1/4 inch thickness. Cut into shapes with cookie cutters.
Press a chocolate chunk into centre of each cookie. Bake at 300F for 15 to 20 minutes or
until edges are lightly browned.
