     Creamy Potato Bake

Ingredients
1 1/2 c Breakstone's or Knudsen sour cream
1 can (10 3/4 oz) condensed cream of potato soup
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 1/2 lb red potatoes (about 8), very thinly sliced
1 c shredded Cracker Barrel Vermont sharp-white cheddar cheese
2 tbsp chopped fresh chives
 

Instructions
Heat oven to 350. Mix first 3 ingredients in large bowl. Add potatoes; toss to coat. Spoon into 13x9 inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with cheese.
Bake 55 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Sprinkle with chives.
