Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour
9X9X2 inch baking pan.
Beat egg with fork. Stir in nectar and oil. Stir
cranberries and coconut into the liquid
ingredients. Blend remaining dry ingredients; stir
until flour is just moistened...do not overmix.
Pour into baking pan.
Bake for 30-35 minutes. Cut into pieces.
