Whisk soy sauce, rice wine vinegar and sesame and canola oils. Add
1/2 cup of scallions. Mix well.
Combine pasta, snow peas and red bell peppers...Toss with above
dressing and sprinkle with sesame seeds and additional scallions.
NOTE- Any veggies can be used or substituted. Carrots, broccoli,
water chestnuts, etc. Shredded chicken can also be added to create
more of a main entree.
