     Garlic Parmesan Flax Seed Crackers

Ingredients
1 c flax seed meal
1/3 c parmesan cheese grated
1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 c water
 

Instructions
Heat oven to 400. Spoon mixture onto sheet pan on top of parchment paper that has been sprayed. Cover with a sheet of sprayed parchment paper. Even out mixture to about 1/8th inch thick. Use a ruler or a rolling pin to level. Important not to let it be too thin around the edges as it will burn. Remove the top parchment paper and go around the edges with your finger and push the thin part inwards.
Bake until center is no longer soft about 15 to 18 min. If it starts to get mor than a little brownremove from the oven immediately. Let cool completely-it will continue to crisp up.
Break into pcs. The whole recipe is 6 grams of car plus 35 grams of fiber.
