     Pistachio Cake

Ingredients
1 package white cake mix
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup milk
2 3oz package pistachio instant pudding
1/2 cup water
5 eggs
 

Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients at medium speed except for 1 package pudding & 3 eggs. Add remaining pudding and eggs and mix on low for 2 minutes making sure not to over mix.
Grease and flour bundt pan with 1-2 tbsp of butter. Add 4-5 tbsp of flour in the pan - tap to move flour around. Tap out excess flour if necessary.
Pour batter into pan and even out with spoon. Tap pan on sturdy counter to remove air bubbles. Bake for 50-55 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool 10 minutes before removing. Dust with powdered sugar and enjoy!
