     Creamy Herbed Vinagrette

Ingredients
1 egg yolk
1 T white vinegar
1 T lemon juice
1/2 tsp dijon mustard
1/2 tsp salt
fresh ground pepper
1 sm clove garlic minced (don't use more Wilda)
3/4 c canola oil
fresh dill or dried?
 
1 tsp grated lemon zest
Instructions
Slowly whisk oil into the other ingredients. Add the dill after you have incorporated the oil.
